   pause, exhale, sweep arms down into child's pose (Vinyasa)

- Half moon pose (Ardha Chandrasana) at the wall


- Warrior 1 (Virabhadrasana I)


- High lunge, crescent variation


- Twisting triangle pose (Parivrtta Trikonasana)

- Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani)


- Spread legs up the wall (Viparita Karani) variation
