   strap for thighs, blanket for shoulders

- Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani)


- Spread legs up the wall (Viparita Karani) variation


- (Supta Baddha Konasana) supported on bolster, block under bolster,
   blanket for head, rolled blankets for hips
