- (Supta Baddha Konasana) supported on bolster, blanket for head,
   rolled blanket for hips


- Reclining side twists (Salamba Bharadvajasana) with bolster and blanket

       1.  Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani)
       2.  Spread legs up the wall (Viparita Karani) variation
