- Seated pose (Virasana) supported on rolled blankets

- Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani) supported on bolster


- Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) supported on cross bolsters,
   strap for legs


- Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) supported on block, feet pressing
   into wall, legs resting on bolsters


- Spread-legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana)


- Corpse pose (Savasana)



- Closing Meditation
