- Floor poses

       1.  Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangassana)
       2.  Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani) with bolster/blanket
       3.  (Supta Badha Konasana) supported on bolster with blocks


- Mindfulness meditation - 5 minutes


- Corpse pose (Savasana)
