- Down dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana), with ropes

       1.  Triangle (Trikonasana)
       2.  Warrior 2 (Virabhadrasana II)
       3.  Twisting triangle (Parivritta Trikonasana) prep,
            revolve torso towards wall


- Side twists with bolster


- Corpse pose (Savasana)



- Closing Meditation
