   towards ceiling, exhale, spread legs, inhale, legs together, exhale, lower legs
   to bent knees position (Vinyasa)


- Side twists from lying on back position


- Poses at the wall

       1.  Down dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) with ropes
       2.  Forward fold (Utanasana)
       3.  Stand up on toes
       4.  One step back from wall, reach hands overhead, hands and forehead
            rest on wall
       5.  Press hands into wall at waist height, step feet back, body in a right
            angle, flat back
       6.  Warrior 3 (Virabhadrasana III) with hands pressing into wall
       7.  Tree pose (Vrksasana)
       8.  Lying on back position, one leg bent with foot on wall, cross other leg
            at thigh

   Viniyoga  -  Vinny Yoga  -  Yoga flow


- The key to this practice is threefold:  breath, body, and awareness.



- The sequences are practiced with a continuous dynamic flow, either by moving
   from one asana into another with only one breath per pose, or by holding each
   pose for several breaths before moving on to the following pose.



- Linking asanas in a flowing sequence emphasizes the continuous, steady
   rhythm of movement and breath.



- The practice although dynamic and flowing is sometimes challenging although
   never strenuous or vigorous.



- It integrates periods of rest, observation, and a variety of yoga techniques.
