- Opening Meditation

       Mindfulness meditation - counting breaths

- Lunge pose (Ardha Mandalasana)


- Sun salutation (Series A) modified

       3.  Extended side angle pose (Utthita Parsvakonasana)


- Poses at the wall

       1.  Stand up and balance on toes
       2.  Raise hands up wall, forehead on wall, take one step back
       3.  Shoulder opener
       4.  Tree pose (Vrksasana)


- Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) supported on cross bolsters


- (Supta Badha Konasana) with feet supported on bolster


- Corpse pose (Savasana)
