- Opening Meditation

       Mindfulness meditation - guided, full body meditation



- Forward fold from (Sukasana) with head resting on block


- Cow face pose (Gomukasana)


- Garland pose (Malasana)


- Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) supported on folded blanket


- Childs pose (Balasana) with bolster, blanket for head


- Poses at the wall

       1.  Down dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) with ropes, head on block
       2.  Stand up and balance on toes
       3.  Stretch torso with hands up the wall
       4.  Stretch shoulders with hands up the wall
       5.  Warrior 3 (Virabhadrasana III)
       6.  Twisting triangle (Parivrtta Trikonasana) revolve upper torso only
       7.  Half moon pose (Ardha Chandrasana)


- Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) supported on bolster


- Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangsana) supported on blanket/bolster


- Side twists with bolster


- (Supta Baddha Konasana) supported on bolster, blanket for head,
   blocks for hips


- Corpse pose (Savasana)



- Closing Meditation
