       4.  Wide-legged forward fold (Prasarita Padottanasana)


- (Supta Padangusthasana) series, with strap and bolster


- Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani)


- Spread legs up the wall (Viparita Karani) variaiton


- (Supta Baddha Konasana) supported on bolster, blanket for head,
   strap for hips, blocks for hips (optional)
