   lift legs to vertical position, pause, exhale, open legs into a straddle, pause, inhale,
   legs to vertical, pause, exhale, grab knees into chest (Vinyasa)


- Side twists from lying on back position (Supta Matsyendrasana)


- Down dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)
