- Lying on back position, grab knees into chest, extend left leg, pause, grab knees
   into chest, extend right leg, grab knees into chest


- Happy baby pose (Ananda Balasana)


- (Supta Padangusthasana) series, with bolster and strap


- Bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) supported on bolster


- Lying on back position, rolled blanket under chest, blanket for head


- (Supta Baddha Konasansa) supported on two blocks


- Legs up the wall (Viparita Karani)


- Spread legs up the wall (Viparita Karani) variation


- Reclining side twists (Salamba Bharadvajasana)


- Corpse pose (Savasana)
